The iBCAA powder contains constructed branch chain amino acids that are soluble in water.

These are rapidly taken up by the body and are metabolised directly into the  muscle instead of into the stomach.

iBCAA helps to prevent catabolism. Catabolism is the breakdown of complex molecules which then form simpler ones. The result of this is leaner muscle and stronger tissue achieved during intense exercise periods.

The recommended daily dose for use as a dietary supplement is 5g taken two to four times each day. It can be dissolved in fruit juice or water and is best consumed immediately after it has been mixed.

the three amino acids contained in iBCAA are Isoleucine, Leucine and Valine. the acids cannot be synthesized by the body and are essential to strong growth. iBCAA can be used in conjunction with other types of supplements including oats and protein powders. This is just one of the many preferred products available that will help to keep the body strong and full of energy.
